THE JAZMINES: A Rage Play – and for Legal Reasons, a Parody at Lincoln Center
November 14 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

THE JAZMINES: a rage play – and for legal reasons, a parody is a new theatrical work with music from writer and performer Jasmine Sharma. Set within a satirical multiverse of choices and consequences, the piece follows brown artists navigating the theater industry, where professional success can come at the expense of friendships and personal relationships.
A finalist for the 2025 Eugene O’Neill Playwrights Conference, THE JAZMINES makes its Lincoln Center debut with music by composer Xander Browne and direction by Asmeret Ghebremichael. The approximately 100-minute presentation is billed as a musical theater reading.
