If you experience any issues, please contact us at newyorkwala@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
Please note: As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color change, etc.).
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item or issuing a replacement.
